Five injured in road mishaps

Srinagar July 27: Five persons were injured in different road accidents in the Valley, police said today.
A police spokesman said that an Alto car bearing registration number JK01X-0150 hit and injured a boy Muneeb Fayaz Lone at Nagipora in Pahalgam area of Anantnag district.
“The injured was shifted to District Hospital Anantnag for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” the spokesman said.
A Motorcycle bearing registration number JK15-1113 driven by Suliman Ibrahim and an Auto load carrier bearing registration number JK15-2101 collided at Muslimabad in Bandipora district resulting in injuries to two persons namely Nazir Ahmad Gojree and Mohammad Shafi, the spokesman said.
“Both the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” the police spokesman said.
In Baramulla, a Truck bearing registration number JK01/7656 driven by Mohammad Maqbool Ahanger hit a Maruti car bearing registration number JK01U-9260 driven by Moomin Ahmad Digoo at Rangi near Pattan resulting in injuries to driver of the Maruti car and Mohammad Shaban Digoo.
“Both the injured were shifted to Sub District Hospital Pattan for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” the spokesman added.
