RAJOURI, May 19: A training programme on ‘Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation’ was held for police personnel in District Police Lines (DPL), Rajouri today with an aim to make police personnel aware about this important medical first- aid procedure which plays vital role in saving life of a human being who suffers cardiac arrest.
About 200 police personnel in District Police Lines Rajouri were present in this training camp who were trained about CPR by Dr Farah Chouhan posted in fitness centre of DPL.
The training session focused on aim of first aid and how to perform CPR while training on other first aid methods in case of accidents or disasters was also imparted.
Addl SP Headquarters Liaqat Ali besides Deputy Superintendent of Police, DAR Rajouri, Zaheer Abbas among other officials of police were also present on the occasion.
