REASI, Sept 24: In another shocker to the bereaved family of a person, who had drowned in river Ans, Police today recovered dead body of the deceased’s father, who was missing since yesterday.
Reports said that dead body of Mohd Sharief, father of deceased Abdul Rehman of Jijbagli, Mora Sangri, tehsil Thakrakote, was today found from Narloo bridge near Arnas.
In fact, Mohd Sharief and his son Abdul Rehman had accidentally slipped into Ans river while going to their fields for agricultural purpose. Both of them had drowned in the river but the family was unaware of the fact that the father was accompanying his son.
Body of Abdul Rehman was recovered yesterday and the family assumed that his father Mohd Sharief had gone to some other place.
As Mohd Sharief did not return home last evening, the family launched a search and later his dead body was found lying in water near Narloo bridge.
