DODA, Sept 20: A farmer died due to fall from a tree in Gandoh C area of tehsil Chilli Pingal, here.
As per police sources, a farmer namely Abdul Gani, son of Late Ghulam Qadir, a resident of Gandoh C was plucking walnuts from a tree when he accidentally slipped and died on the spot.
After completing legal and medical formalities, the body of the deceased was handed to his family members for last rites.
Gandoh Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
