JAMMU, Apr 22: Fairdeal Motors, an authorized dealer for Tata Motors in Jammu launched the new Tata Azura range of trucks in a function held here today.
These next-generation trucks, spanning 14 to 19 tonnes, were introduced as part of a larger rollout, new commercial vehicles by Tata Motors.
The event was graced by the chief guest, Ashok Gupta, General Manager, J&K Bank, Jammu Zone.
The new range of trucks were launched by Fairdeal’s Managing Director, Saleem Bakshi, in presence of Farhan Bakshi, Rohit Gandotra, Asish Bhatt and Arun Singh Salathia and senior officials from Tata Motors including Regional Manager Hemant Bajaj, Area Manager Susheel Koul and TSM Sahil Bindra.
Tata has introduced the all-new Azura series and the Truck.ev range, while its Prima, Signa, and Ultra platforms have been upgraded.
The new Azura range of trucks will be offered in 14- to 19-tonne configurations and is powered by a new 3.6-litre diesel engine.
The trucks are powered by a new 3.6-litre diesel engine that delivers 180 PS and 600 Nm of torque.
The Azura range is designed for a diverse array of applications, including e-commerce, FMCG distribution to white goods delivery, construction material transport, agricultural and industrial goods movement, as well as intercity, medium-haul and regional logistics.
The launch in Jammu strengthens the commercial vehicle options available for operators in the region, with Fairdeal Motors offering these new, high-productivity trucks to meet increasing freight demand.
