SAMBA, Mar 30: An ex-servicemen rally was organized by Zila Sainik Welfare Office Samba under the aegis of Bridgadier Harcharan Singh (Retd), Director Rajya Sainik Board at village Smailpur.
The function concentrated on contact programme with ESM, Veer Naries and their wards to educate on education finance and pensions.
Bridgadier (Retd) Harcharan Singh highlighted the need to help non-pensioners and informed that ESM to take help of Armed Forces Tribunal Establishment at Sunjwan for resolution of pension cases and other welfare related schemes to ESM and Veer Naries.
Around 100 ESM, Veer Naries and their wards participated in the rally.
In the end, Col (Retd) RK Sharma from Zila Sainik Welfare Officer, Samba presented vote of thanks.
