NEW DELHI: Even as security constraints prevented authorities to announce Assembly polls, the Election Commission on Sunday announced appointment of three special observers to oversee smooth conduct of Parliamentary polls.
The three observers will be former CRPF chief AS Gill and two former bureaucrats — Noor Mohammad and Vinod Zutsi, Chief Election Commissioner Sunil Arora announced. (AGENCIES)
