JAMMU, Apr 13: Ek Sath Rang Mandal (ESRM) here today staged street play ‘Atamchintant’.
Social activist, Kripa Ram, a retired soldier, is committed to aware common masses against drug abuse.
He gives examples and briefly explains the repercussions particularly among the youth, who are attracted to the dangerous trap of drug addiction, which is fully responsible for the dark future, bad reputation and health problems among the youth.
Kripa Ram suggests that a person should think over the effects of drug addiction before falling into this trap.
Alka Rani, Ravi, Ashok and Raju—all friends are convinced with the teachings of Kripa Ram.
Kripa Ram finally said that one can never get honour and respect in the society after becoming a drug addict. People around who witnessed the street play appreciated the subject.
Actors who performed in the play were Aryan, Honey, Akshay, Arjun Manhas, Happy Gupta, Romika and Vijay Malla.
