Eradication of corruption

Sir,
Corruption is a social, economical plight. It is so pervading that even no corner seems left untouched of it. Files of even of compassionate nature need its push, otherwise remain licking dust. Not to speak of scams and embezzlements men of knowledge and intelligence often get involved, even in trifle cases, it makes its appearance. Indeed the human beings are selfish by nature and when one gets chance does not refrain from it. Actually, it is a sort of moral turpitude, generally every one suffers from. It is not a matter of need. But extreme sense of greed makes one to involve in it. Its roots are widely spread and penetrated deep into the system. Perhaps this is the reason, despite all efforts by the Govts, it remains unabated. Harder the rules, more the corruption. Where morality sinks, nothing swims. Moral values having gone into descending order, not only corruption, several other vices and evils have generated in the society. It carries highly dangerous consequences and creates dissatisfaction among the masses. No country can progress, where it is practised. Need to nip it at any stage, is of paramount necessity. Only streamlined systems of administration and cultivation of moral and social values can shorten its graph and emancipate the soil from its bad effects.
