Perpetual price rise

Sir,
Today’s constant price rise of eatables viz-a-viz consumer goods have hit the common man who lives from hand to mouth. People of the fixed income group category do face tremendous pressure due to day to day price rise. Not only the prices of consuming items have risen but there is huge rise on other domestic service essentials in which gas cylinders, crude oil, petrol too figure. The unremitting inflation has broken the back of common masses that needs immediate attention from the Govt to control. Special squards need to be empowered for regular checking in the market places so that fraudulents are punished. Price/rate lists need to be kept fixed at the shops for public view. Hoarders and blackmarketeers need not to be spared come what may. When the fuel prices go uncontrolled the situation creates a cycle which gives rise to the other consumer items in the market. Fair price shops should be opened at the Panchayat level so that villagers are not cheated by the private agencies. Any tax on essential items which is used in day-to-day work in our kitchens needs to be extricated. By now voices against the price rise are being raised by many people but till now no tangible result has comeforth.
