JAMMU, Sept 27: The working body of Evacuee Property Tenants Welfare Society (EPTWS) held a meeting, under the chairmanship of its patron Suraj Prakash Sharma to decide about the elections of the Society, here today.
After threadbare discussions, the members came to the conclusion that the atmosphere is not congenial to hold the elections at this stage.
The members raised their hands in support of the continuation of the present Society under the presidentship of Jyoti Vaid.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Mohd Sharif, Amit Luthra, jamshed, Ch Tejram, Parvinder Kour, Akbar Ali, Gopal Sharma, Sunny Chibber, Sureshta Devi, Rajinder Singh, Kamalnath Sharma, Satish Sharma, Rajesh Kalra, Bindu Sharma, Kanta Devi, Farooq Salaria, Chaman Lal Sharma, Mumtaz Salaria and Kuldeep Singh Chib.
