An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists at Keller in Shopian district
According to the report, the encounter is underway in Keller area of Shopian. A batch of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Army, and Jammu and Kashmir Police have started an operation to either nab or eliminate the terrorists.
