JAMMU, June 10: In the bail application filed by ‘encounter specialist’ SI Shiv Krishan Sharma alias Sonu, Additional Sessions Judge Doda, Kikar Singh Parihar today directed the State to file report and response by June 12, 2013.
The direction was issued by the Additional Sessions Judge after hearing Advocates Parimoksh Seth and Joginder Goswami appearing for the petitioner and going through the bail application.
