Corrigendum
Whereas, a provisional select list for the posts of Class -IV in Revenue Department District cadre Reasi, comprising of 25 candidates was issued vide notification No. DC/Rsi/N/4345 dated 27-03-2015 with break up as 14 candidates in General category, 03 candidates in SC category, 03 candidates in ST Category and 05 candidates in RBA category.
Whereas, one of the candidate namely Mr. Pawan Kumar S/o Mohinder Paul R/o Ward No. 15 Patel Nagar Kathua belonging to Scheduled Caste Category has been selected in the General category at S.No. 06 in accordance of his points in the Academic and Viva Voice.
Whereas, the section 13 (3) of the Decentralisation and Recruitment Act, 2010 stipulates that “the candidates applying under Scheduled Caste Category for any post in the Divisional or District Cadre shall irrespective of their place of residence in the State, be eligible for selection against the posts reserved for the said category at such selection.”
Now, by virtue of the statuary position laid under law, the candidate namely Mr. Pawan Kumar S/o Mohinder Paul R/o Ward No. 15 Patel Nagar Kathua is selected against the post reserved for the Scheduled Caste category and is placed at S.No. 01 in the list of Scheduled Caste category in the select list issued vide notification No. DC/Rsi/N/ 4345 dated 27-03-2015.
Consequent upon above;
