When there is 44-degree temperature and there is power shutdown, and that too frequent even after 75 years of independence, that means we are far behind. There is urgency of electricity supply in Kashmir valley in winter and Jammu needs electricity badly in summer. You cannot say that every village of the country has been commissioned and then main cities like Jammu remain without un-intermittent electric supply.
If you fail to give un-interrupted electric supply even after spending thousands of crores of rupees, it means you lack sense of concern. You know how much electricity Jammu needs in summer. You knew it. You designed the power grids, stations and substations to meet the demands, yet you fail. And if such condition is with the supply of portable water supply also then it definitely means that we are far far behind and man reaching the moon has absolutely no value then.
