UDHAMPUR, Aug 11: An elderly rag picker was found dead under a passenger shed near DC Officer, here this morning.
The deceased was identified as Krishan Lal (65), son of Wazir Chand of Kidmu, Ramnagar. He was found dead by some passersby who informed the Police. Later the body was shifted to District Hospital Udhampur for postmortem and other legal formalities.
The deceased was a rag picker and the passenger shed near DC office was his shelter since years. Apparent cause of death could not be immediately ascertained.
