Efforts to continue till drug addiction ends from J&K: Mankotia

UDHAMPUR, Mar 5: A marathon was organized today at Mongri under the banner of Fit India Movement by Dogra Kranti Dal.
Boys and girls of rural areas participated in the marathon and Mahesh Kumar bagged first position, Praveen Sharma, second and Yashpal, third whereas in girls, Samiksha Devi bagged first position, Manita Devi second and third place was bagged by Babita Devi.
The marathon was organized under the supervision of Balwant Singh Mankotia, chief patron of Dogra Kranti Dal and former MLA.
Speaking on the occasion Mankotia said that efforts will continue till drug addiction ends from entire J&K.
He also said that a new wine shop is going to open in Mongri Tehsil and instead of giving jobs to the youth the government is busy in opening wine shops against which there will be a strong agitation in coming days.
Sarpanch Savita Devi, Sarpanch Yashpal Singh, Sarpanch Masima Devi, Naib Sarpanch Surjit Singh, Naib Sarpanch Jarnail Singh, Panch Kirpal Singh and others were also present on the occasion.
