Rajouri, Sept 15: An educational cum motivational tour for the boy students hailing from remote and backward area of district Rajouri was flagged off from ALG, Rajouri Military Station, today. The tour has been organised under Operation Sadhbhavna to showcase the development of our country to local youth and also provide them an opportunity to visit historical, educational and cultural places in Northern India. The aim of the tour is also to instill a sense of awareness and national integration among the youth of the area.
The ten-day tour from Sep 15 to Sep 24 with theme ‘National Integration and Awareness’ consists of 23 students and 02 teachers from Rajouri district and they will get an opportunity to visit historical places and educational institutes in Jammu, Amritsar, Chandigarh and Dehradun.
The civil administration officials and relatives of the youth conveyed their gratitude to the Army for providing their wards a life time exposure to explore own country.
