SRINAGAR, July 16: Ellaquai Dehati Bank (EDB) operating in 13 districts of Jammu and Kashmir celebrated its 40th Foundation Day today.
The celebrations were conducted at all its 120 outlets. The day was celebrated as “Grahak Samaan Divas”. On the occasion, special customer meets, sanctioning of fresh loan cases/disbursements, especially in favour of weaker sections of the society, was organized.
The main function was held at Bank’s Head Office, IG Road, Barzulla, Srinagar and was presided over by Arshad-ul-Islam, Chairman of the Bank. Ellaquai Dehati Bank is sponsored by State Bank of India.
