JAMMU, Apr 12: All India Congress Committee (AICC) has appointed Ashish Dua as observer for Udhampur Lok Sabha constituency to over see the on going election campaign.
Dua had been associated with the affairs of J&K since the then Incharge J&K State, AICC general secretary Prithivi Raj Chavan.
Dua had coordinated the election rally of Rahul Gandhi at Doda yesterday under the supervision of Rajni Patil (MP) who has been assigned the affairs of J&K in view of the election of the Lok Sabha. Dua is also media incharge PCC Haryana.
