DSS to organize ‘Sarva Dharm Samagam’ in Jammu on Dec 8

JAMMU, Dec 3: The 118-year-old Dogra Sadar Sabha (DSS), an apolitical, inclusive of all religions and a social organization is going to organize ‘Sarva Dharm Samagam’ on December 8 at Teacher Bhawan, Hospital Road, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
This was disclosed by Gulchain Singh Charak, president of DSS, while addressing a press conference, today. Gambhir Dev Singh Charak, Abdul Majid, Col Karan Singh, Prem Sagar Gupta, G A Khawaja, Brig M S Jamwal, Col Dr Virendra K Sahi, H A Siddiqui, Syed Amanat Ali Shah, Chander Mohan Sharma, Ravi Slathia, Janak Khajuria, R A Inqlabi and Satinder Singh were also present on the occasion.
“We in Dogra Sadar Sabha have been following the Governor of Kerala Arif Mohammad Khan closely through his various talks and are unanimously of the view that the nation today has in him, a great personality to pioneer our mission, more so when the climate is getting surcharged with elections expected shortly in the J&K UT,” Gulchain Singh Charak said while speaking on the occasion.
He informed that Governor of Kerala will be the chief guest of ‘Sarva Dharm Samagam’ and deliver his address on the theme while as Lt Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Kumar Sinha will preside over this Humanity Conference. Besides, a bouquet of prominent scholars of Hinduism, Islam, Sikhism, Buddhism and Christianity shall enlighten the audience with respective religious grandeur.
Charak said that J&K Dogra Sadar Sabha cordially invites all respected citizens to attend and grace the scheduled “Message of Humanity” Conference being organized at the Teacher Bhawan Auditorium, Hospital Road, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. The Conference will start at 1 PM, he added.
