JAMMU, Feb 8: Dental Surgeons Association Jammu Kashmir (DSA-JK) has condemned the thrashing of Doctors at GMC&H Jammu and at Lal Ded Hospital Srinagar
In a statement, the DSA president Dr Asif Iqbal said that recent episodes of hospital staff thrashing have become a routine and it is difficult for doctors to work in such hostile atmosphere. Doctors work in most difficult conditions and Government has failed to create a fearless environment in hospitals for efficient patient care, he said and reiterated the demand for an ordinance making violent action against doctors as non-bailable offence in J&K.
