BHADERWAH, Jan 14: Police arrested a person along with large quantity of intoxicants capsules and banned syrup bottles.
As per police sources, on specific inputs, police team from Bhaderwah police station laid a naka near Monda Sirtingal and intercepted a person on suspicious grounds.
During checking, police recovered 530 intoxicant capsules, 250 tablets and 100 banned syrup bottles and arrested the accused, who has been identified as Shamim Ahmed, son of Abdul latief, a resident of Masjid Mohallah, Bhaderwah.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Bhaderwah police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Bhaderwah police station Inspector Bandeshwar Manhas made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Sajjad Khan and SP Amit Bhasin.
