JAMMU, Dec 28: Talab Tillo Police under ‘Operation Sanjeevani’ arrested a drug peddler and recovered 30 grams heroin from his possession.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Talab Tillo Police Post laid a naka and intercepted a without registration number scooty.
During checking, police recovered 30 grams of heroin from the possession of the rider and arrested him.
The arrested person has been identified as Sahil Malik, a resident of New Plot.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Nowabad Police Station and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Talab Tillo Police Post SI Vikrant Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Nowabad Inspector Neeraj Bhagat, SDPO West Sheema Nabi, SP North Amritpal Singh and Incharge SSP Jammu Vivek Gupta.
