JAMMU, Oct 14: Narwal police under Operation Sanjeevani arrested a drug peddler along with 2 kilograms of ganja, a police official said.
The arrested person has been identified as Suraji Kashyap, son of Mal chand Kashyap, a resident of Chattisgarh, at present Narwal.
A case under FIR Number 240/17 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered against the accused at Police Station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Narwal Police Post SI Vikram Manhas made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Bahu Fort Inspector Bharat Sharma, SDPO East Arun Jamwal and SP South Sandeep Choudhary.
