KATRA, Mar 6: Railway Police today arrested a drug peddler and seized 20 packets of cannabis (Ganja) from his possession, here today.
The accused identified as Suraj of Aghar Jittoo, Katra, was intercepted by GRP and RPF personnel when he was trying to escape from Railway Station Katra.
On his frisking, 21 packets of cannabis were recovered. Railway Police seized the drugs and arrested the accused besides registering a case in this connection under section 8/20 NDPS Act at Police Station GRP Katra.
