JAMMU, Oct 10: Bishnah police arrested a driver for endangering human lives.
As per police sources, during checking, a team from police station Bishnah found a passenger auto bearing registration number JK02AT-4824 loaded with 36 passengers and arrested the driver, who has been identified as Bodh Raj, son of Prem Nath, a resident of Phinder.
A case under FIR Number 220/17 under Section 336 RPC has been registered against the driver at Bishnah Police Station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Bishnah Inspector PP Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Choudhary and SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal.
