JAMMU, Aug 26: Renowned Oncosurgeon, Dr Shabnam Bashir from Apollo Hospital Bangalore delivered an informative talk on the topic ‘Detection and Treatment of Breast Cancer’ today here at Government College for Women (GCW), Gandhi Nagar.
The lecture was organized under the aegis of Rotary Club, Jammu Tawi in collaboration with Science Club, Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. The lecture was attended by more than 400 students along with Principal and staff members.
The welcome address was presented by Dr Naveen Anand while Dr Satinder Kour presented formal vote of thanks. The function was attended by large number of Rotarians including Raman Sherpuri, secretary, Rotary Club, Jammu Tawi, Dr Dhushyant Choudhary, district secretary, Rotary International, Subash Gandotra and Vinay Kapoor
