JAMMU, May 17: Dr Nirmal Singh, former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir, accompanied by Rajeev Sharma, former MLA and Anuradha Charak, vice-president, J&K BJP, listened to the public grievances at BJP headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, here today.
A number of deputations and individuals, hailing from different districts of Jammu & Kashmir, visited the BJP headquarter to discuss their issues with the senior BJP leaders. People presented various issues related to the development of their respective areas and other concerns.
Among others, BDS and BAMS Doctors in separate deputations, raised their concerns about creation of posts and conduct of Post Graduate examinations respectively.
Dr Nirmal Singh listened to their issues patiently and telephonically talked to the concerned departmental officials and issued letters for the others.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Nirmal Singh said that they have listened to all the presented issues and sincerely tried to provide solutions for them. He informed that they also talked telephonically and issued letters to the concerned authorities wherever required.
“BJP is the party of masses and through these grievance camps; it is the sincere attempt of the party to reach out to the masses to mitigate their woes” said Dr Nirmal Singh.
