JAMMU, Mar 3: In partial modification of its previous order, the Government appointed Dr Ghulam Nabi Ittoo, Mission Director, ICDS, Scheme, Social Welfare Department as the Returning Officer in place Arshad Ayub, Special Secretary to the Government, Home Department for the conduct of election to the J&K Civil Secretariat (Non-Gazetted) Employees Union scheduled to be held on March 10.
An order to this effect was issued by Commissioner GAD M A Bukhari here today.
