JAMMU, Oct 9: Financial Commissioner (FC), Health and Medical Education Department, Atal Dulloo has awarded Dr Manoj Chalotra, Medical Superintendent, Shri Maharaja Gulab Singh (SMGS) Hospital, Jammu for his COVID management efforts.
Dr Chalotra has been bestowed with the Award-cum –Certificate of Appreciation by the FC in recognition of the selfless services rendered by him at the time of Corona pandemic.
Dulloo has described Dr Chalotra as the real hero of the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, saying, the Government values every single effort to save every life during challenging times.
During last six months of the pandemic, Dr Chalotra always remained in fore front while combating the COVID pandemic and ensured hassle free services to the indoor as well as outdoor patients in the Hospital, which is the lone maternity hospital in Jammu.
