JAMMU, June 22: Minister for Cooperatives, Chering Dorjay today visited Jammu Cooperative Wholesale Ltd, Super Bazar here.
During the visit, the Minister took stock position of various counters like Grocery, House Hold, Electrical, Furniture and Fixture within the main complex of Super Bazar.
The Minister was briefed about the working of the Institution and its various branches by the General Manager, Super Bazar.
The Minister expressed satisfaction over the working of the Super Bazar and computerized invoice system adopted by the institution. He directed the officers and officials to work with zeal and dedication to make the institute a profitable venture.
The Minister laid stress on encouraging work culture and professionalism for revival of cooperative institution like Super Bazars. He directed General Manager to work out a comprehensive plan for face lifting of the Super Bazar Complex so that it can be used for maximization of the business.
The employees apprised the Minister of various problems seeking an early redressal to the same.
Dorjay assured them that their problems will be looked into and sorted out in a phased manner.
Additional Registrar Cooperative Societies, Jammu, Anjana Tickoo was also present on the occasion.
