JAMMU, Dec 11: The Chief Justice of J&K High Court has directed the Presiding Officers of all the courts to desist from allowing any person to occupy the space in the court premises for installing and running Photostat machines.
A circular in this regard has been issued by the Registrar General, according to which, allowing to occupy any space in the court premises, including the one meant for working of the officials of the court, for installing Photostat machines is impermissible.
Any verbal or written permission in this regard, except the one granted by the High Court, shall be deemed to have been withdrawn, the circular adds.
