JAMMU, May 17: A Dogri song album ‘Aaoun Kudi Jammua Di”, was released by Sahil Mahajan, BJP Jammu District Convenor of Sanskriti, Art & Culture Cell, in the presence of Bharat Bhushan Sharma, at Press Club Jammu, here today.
The Dogri song has been sung by Neeta Adarsh and lyrics by Pyasa Anjum while the music has been composed by Sahil Nath Lucky. K K Malhotra is the Video Director of the devotional song album.
While addressing the gathering, Sahil Mahajan admired and complimented the entire team on the album “Aaoun Kudi Jammua Di” and wished that this will create exploding waves in the music industry and this religious song will reign in the hearts of the society besides being liked by netizens and people across the country.
Maintaining that music has no boundaries, Sahil said it unites the population in a unique chord and generates harmony in the society. “And when a Dogri song is related to spirituality, it directly touches souls and creates an aura free of tension and hatred,’ he said, adding that music plays a pivotal role in preserving culture and taking it beyond boundaries.
Bharat Bhushan Sharma said that the BJP Cell would keep promoting popular religious songs like this to encourage budding artists and take the Dogra legacy forward. He added that J&K is blessed with unique talent and huge potential which needs to be harnessed in full.
Dogri song singers Surinder Manhas, Sonali Dogra, Sandhya Sharma, Ramesh Goswani, Rajveer, other artists and crew of album were present on the occasion.
