LEH, Sept 11: Deputy Magistrate (DM) Sachin Kumar Vaishya has ordered registration of FIR against President Biker’s Association as he failed to appear in the showcause notice.
According to official spokesman, as President Biker’s Association failed to comply to the conditional order to appear of the show cause, District Magistrate (DM) Sachin Kumar Vaishya has ordered SSP Leh to immediately register FIR against him.
As per the order, DM Leh has imposed complete ban on renting and plying of motorcycles not having commercial registration and trade license with immediate effect.
The order has directed SSP, ARTO and DySP Traffic Police Leh to ensure implementation of the order in letter and spirit.
