JAMMU, Jan 3: The State Government today ordered nomination of both the Divisional Commissioners as Nodal Officers for their respective division to monitor the cases of acid attacks and collating the information in the MIS, developed by the National Commission for Women.
The Nodal Officers, Divisional Commissioner Jammu and Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, shall ensure effective monitoring of acid attacks, measures to be taken to prevent acid attacks on people and for treatment and rehabilitation of survivors.
