NOWSHERA, June 28: All J&K Association of Diploma Engineers held a meeting under the chairmanship of Arunesh Sharma, in which all diploma holders from R&B, I&FC, REW and Electrical Departments of Poonch, Nowshera, Mendhar and Rajouri participated.
During the meeting, the speakers demanded revision of pay scale from 5000-8000 to 6700-10800, enhancement of FTA, promotions as per selection list, regularization of all contractual JE, policy should be framed so that all JE enhance their qualification and restoration of Grade I after completion of 9 years of service.
“Election should be conducted in district headquarters so that maximum number of engineers will cast their vote”, they demanded.
The meeting was attended by Balbir Singh. Pankaj Goswami, Sanjeev Dubey, Gangandeep, Raj Kumar, Manoj Kumar, Avinash Sharma, NP Singh, etc.
