Dinesh Gupta inaugurates training programme for CCBL officers

JAMMU, July 29: Dinesh Gupta, Chairman The Citizens’ Cooperative Bank Ltd., Jammu inaugurated a training programme for the officers of the Bank in presence of Ashok Goswamy, Managing Director and Kuldeep K. Gupta, General Manager of the Bank.
The Chairman while highlighting the benefits of Core Banking Solution expressed that CBS helps in easier tracking of accounts and transactions, faster access to any transaction and helpful in target planning and future projections, generation of reports to watch functioning and prevent frauds. He advised all officers to have interaction and clear their doubts to provide better customer services to clients of the Bank.
Dinesh Gupta, asked all the officers to remain vigilant and sensitize the officers about the fraud prone areas to safeguard the interest of the Bank and customers. He also announced cash reward of Rs.10000/- for the officials who brought any fraud related irregularity in the notice of head office followed by appreciation letter. He highlighted the peculiar characteristic of this bank which caters the basic banking needs of people besides, utilization of funds so collected from depositors of Jammu among people of Jammu by way of sanctioning loans unlike other commercial banks who transfer their funds for investment to other parts of the country. Bank is catering to the financing needs of members by granting loans to Small Scale Industries, transport, retail Traders, car loans, housing loans, agriculture loans etc and providing RTGS/NEFT and SMS alert facilities to its clients, he added.
Ankit Gupta and Sudhanshu Misra, representative C-Edge Technologies (Joint venture of TCS and SBI) have been engaged to conduct training programme for the officers of the Bank.
The officers who have attended the training programme included Ashwani Kapoor , Rajeev Dogra, Chief Managers of the Bank, Ashwani Bakshi, Romesh Shukla, Sanjay Raina, Sukhjeet Singh, Incharges and Arun Gupta, Pankaj Sharma, Bahadur Singh, Ved Parkash, Sunil Sachdev, Bikram Singh, Ramanand Saini, Ajay Kumar, Jyotsna Raina, Rajinder Kumar, Romesh Sodhi, loan officers including Ramnita Sharma, Rajni Gupta, Shamma Abrol, Anita Basur, Rajesh Tandon, Neelam Samyal, Pawan Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Som Singh, Meena Kumari, S. Kulwant Singh, Sat Parkash Gupta, Dhan Dev Joshi, Anju Dubey, Chanderkala, Jatinder Sharma, Surinder Gupta, Rajesh Magotra, Navdeepak Singh Balouria, Tilak Raj Choudhary, Romesh Jandial, Raman Sharma, Omkar Malhotra, Surinder Arora and Sunita Gupta.
