JAMMU, July 13: Miran Sahib police arrested two associates of Dilbagh gang along with 10 grams Heroin.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Miran Sahib police station laid a naka and intercepted a motorcycle bearing registration number JK02BL-2513.
During checking, police recovered 10 grams Heroin from the possession of two persons, riding on the motorcycle and arrested them on the spot.
The accused have been identified as Ravi Kumar, son of Yash Paul, a resident of Miran Sahib and Ankush Sharma, son of Ramesh Kumar of Bishnah. The arrested persons happen to be the associate of Dilbagh Gang.
A case under FIR No. 8/21/22 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered at Miran Sahib police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Miran Sahib SI Hilal Azhar made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Harjeet Singh and SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal.
