Jammu, Dec 20: Suleman Choudhary, DIG of Police Udhampur Reasi Range today visited Katra and reviewed the security deployment of the holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi ji accompanied by Nisha Nathyal, SSP Reasi and Naresh Singh Additional SP Katra, he conducted tour of Bhawan on foot and checked nafri deployed enroute from Katra to Bhawan and also issued necessary instructions on the spot to the officers. Choudhary reviewed the security of newly constructed passenger ropeway system at Bhawan & Bhairon temple which is also likely to be made functional very soon for facilities of yatris.
DIG Udhampur Reasi Range conducted the meeting of officers of district Reasi at Katra and gave necessary directions in view of the present security scenario of the state and upcoming rush of yatris on December 31.
