JAMMU, Mar 14: The ongoing strike of Dharmarth Trust Employees Association entered 104th day and the chain hunger strike entered 77th day.
The protesting employees are demanding that all the temples of Dharmarth Trust be merged into the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.
Shouting slogans against the Dharmarth Trust management and in support of their demand, the protesting employees reiterated that the ongoing strike would be taken to logical conclusion.
The Association strongly condemned the statement of Dharmarth Trust President, in which he leveled `baseless’ allegations against the Dharmarth Trust employees association. The employees had already assured the administration that they would perform their duties along with Ranbirshwar Welfare Committee and Shiv devotees under the guidance of Mahant Shri Rishi Van ji and all functions gracefully concluded but at the evening time, president Ajay Gandotra along with trust officials tried to entered the Mandir premises to disturb peaceful atmosphere of the festival,” they alleged.
Meanwhile, fresh batch of employees began fast to continue the ongoing chain hunger strike.
