Dhaba owner arrested with intoxicants

SAMBA, May 23: On the inputs of District Special Branch, Ghagwal Sector, police team arrested a dhaba owner along with large quantity of intoxicants.
As per police spokesman, on the information of DSB Ghagwal Sector, a team from police station Samba conducted raid in a dhaba at Pallah Morh and recovered 350 grams poppy straw, 1800 intoxicant tablets and 88 intoxicant capsules.
The police team arrested the dhaba owner, who has been identified as Randhir Singh, son of Ajeet Singh of District Gurdaspur, Punjab, at present Pallah Morh, District Samba.
A case under FIR Number 105/17 under Section 8/15/21 NDPS Act and 18/27 DCA Act at Samba police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Samba Inspector Yash Pal Jamwal made the arrest under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Tanveer Ahmed and SSP Samba Anil Magotra.
