DGP asks newly promoted DySPs to serve people with zest

SRINAGAR, June 13: Congratulating the newly 67 promoted Deputy Superintendent of Police, the Director General of Police (DGP), K. Rajendra Kumar has asked them to serve with more zeal and zest. He has stressed upon them to rededicate themselves for public service, emphasising to ensure quick redressal of people’s problems.
In a message conveyed to the promoted officers, the DGP has expressed hope that the officers would continue their public service with more dedication and devotion.
Mr. Rajendra reiterated that Police Headquarters (PHQ) would take more efforts to create promotion avenues for all ranks of the force. Vacancies in the department would be fulfilled on priority, he has added.
