Decomposed body of driver recovered from oil tanker chamber

JAMMU, Sept 16: Decomposed body of a driver was recovered from his oil tanker chamber in Narwal area here today.
As per police sources, some passerby noticed foul smell emitting out from oil tanker parked in Narwal area here and informed the police.
On getting information, a police team rushed to the spot and shifted the body of the deceased to mortuary of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for identification.
Later, the deceased was identified as Bharat Singh, son of Bansi Lal, a resident of Tehsil Chenani district Udhampur. The deceased was driver of the oil tanker.
After conducting post-mortem, the body of the deceased will be handed over to family members for last rites.
However, Narwal Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
