KISHTWAR, Dec 30: District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana today chaired a meeting to review progress made on various development works under CAPEX Budget 2019-20.
The meeting was attended by CEO KDA Pawan Kumar Parihar, Joint Director Planning Mohd. Iqbal, Executive Engineers besides concerned District Officers.
DDC reviewed physical and financial achievements in detail of the Education, PWD, PHE, PDD, RDD, Health, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Forest, Agriculture, Horticulture and other departments under district plan.
The chair was informed that under District CAPEX budget 2019-20 an approved outlay for 05 months (w. e. f 1st Nov. 2019 to 31st March 2020) is Rs.21805.22 lakh out of which funds were released to the tune of Rs. 3411.95 lakh wherein 1249.39 lakh has been utilised under various schemes/ developmental projects underway through different executing agencies.
DDC directed the officers and executing agencies to ensure completion of all works including languishing projects within stipulated time frame and stressed for accelerating the pace of works and directed to ensure achievements both physical and financial targets in time bound manner.
