RAMBAN, Aug 8: Deputy Commissioner, Nazim Zai Khan, today conducted a public outreach drive to assess the public grievances and availability of essential commodities in the prevailing situation.
SSP, Anita Sharma and other senior officers of the district administration accompanied the DC
DC visited various mohallas, shops, houses of some prominent citizens and social activists besides interacting with the general masses. He also enquired about their requirements and status of supply of essential commodities.
During the visit, public assured their full cooperation to administration for maintaining law and order in the district. They also appreciated the administration’s public outreach initiative for developing confidence and mutual understanding between public and Government.
DC appreciated the public of Ramban and their representatives for maintaining peace, communal harmony and brotherhood in the district in prevailing situation.
The prominent citizens put forth their major issues and sought early redressel of the same.
DC assured the people that their grievances and demands would be looked into for redressal.
