JAMMU, Apr 30: After detailed discussions and deliberations in various meetings, the core group of Dogri Bhasha Academy (DBA), Jammu, approved the formation of the Executive Committee and Advisory Board of DBA.
A handout stated that this Committee and the Board will remain in effect from April 30, 2026 to April 30, 2028.
The new Executive Committee of DBA included Dr. Sunita Bhadwal, president; Dr. Ashu Sharma, vice president; Rajinder Kumar Ranjha, general secretary; Dr. Chanchal Bhasin, literary secretary; Sanjay Sharma, publicity secretary; Vicky Sharma, treasurer; Veena Devi, secretary; Chunni Lal Sharma, Harbans Lal Harsh and Saroj Bala-all members.
The Advisory Board included Prof. Archana Kesar, Inderjit Kesar, Deepak Kumar, Brij Mohan, Dr. Ratan Basotra, Dr. Sandeep Dubey, Dr. Rakesh Bharti, Roshan Baral, Dr. Abhay Singh, Dr. Tarsem Raina, Mahant Rohit Shastri, Joginder Pal Jinder, Wg Cdr Nirmal Kumar ‘Nimbal’ (retired), Dr. Arvinder Singh Aman, Ajay Kumar Bharti, Amit Chaudhary, Satish Verma, Tarun Sharma, Gurmeet Datta and Rajnish Gupta.
