JAMMU, Feb 26: In a PIL filed by one Ganesh Sharma seeking construction of District Court Complex in Samba, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N. Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur today impleaded Managing Director, J&K Police Housing Corporation as party respondent.
The DB also issued notice to Managing Director returnable within two weeks.
