JAMMU, Nov 13: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by C B Salathia seeking direction to the official respondents to stop the illegal saw mill being run by one Pawan in connivance with official respondents, Division Bench of High Court comprising Chief Justice M M Kumar and Justice Hasnain Massodi today issued notice to Chief Secretary, Commissioner Secretaries of Forest and Power Development Departments, SSP Samba and M/s Pawan Saw Mill.
Senior Additional Advocate General Gagan Basotra accepted notices on behalf of the respondents.
