JAMMU, Mar 7: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by two young Advocates namely Rajnish Raina and Prem Sadotra challenging registration of FIR against judicial officer in violation of the Supreme Court guidelines, Special Division Bench of High Court comprising Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir and Justice Tashi Rabstan today granted time of one more week to the IGP to file response and directed the Registry to list the PIL on March 20.
Advocate Rohit Kapoor with Advocate Nadia Qadir appeared for the PIL whereas Senior AAG Gagan Basotra for the State.
